Creator platform for Europe: many markets, one workflow

Europe isn’t a single creator market but many small ones, each with its own languages, platform habits and rules. A creator platform for Europe brings these markets together: search by country and language, one shared booking workflow and data that stays in Europe.

European creators: one continent, many scenes

The creator landscape in Europe is diverse. In some countries, short videos dominate; in others, long-form YouTube or Instagram is especially strong. Niches that are big in one country barely exist next door. Then there are language borders that often run right through a country, as in Belgium or Switzerland. For brands, that means a successful campaign in one country can’t simply be copied. If you work across Europe, you need creators who know their own market and a way to find and compare them without a lot of effort.

What a creator platform for Europe should offer

A platform for European collaborations should bring a few things with it. The search has to work by country, city and language, not just by reach. Profiles should show the audience by country, ideally with numbers from connected accounts. The interface should be available in many languages so creators and brands can find their way around. Invoices should follow European rules for business-to-business transactions. And data, chats and delivered files should be handled under European data protection rules. If one of these is missing, the work just pops up somewhere else.

Influencer marketplace for Europe: how creatordeal works

creatordeal is a marketplace where creators offer their services as fixed-price packages. Brands search by country, city, language, platform, niche, reach and audience, compare work samples and prices, and send a request with a brief and usage rights. Payment happens after the creator accepts, the money stays with creatordeal until you approve or the review period expires, and if something goes wrong there’s “report a problem.” The country filter only shows countries where creators are actually registered. If you’re looking for many creators at once, you use a listing and let matching creators apply.

Servers in the EU, invoices from Austria

creatordeal is operated by Hasanbaba KG in Austria. The platform runs on servers in the EU; some service providers, for example for payments and email delivery, also process data outside the EU — safeguarded in line with the GDPR. Details are in the privacy policy. Chats, briefs and delivered files run through the platform’s own system. Because creatordeal is the contracting party for both sides, the brand receives an invoice from creatordeal, no matter which country the creators are from. Companies in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse charge procedure; the number is verified at checkout. The service fee and VAT appear as separate lines before you pay, and the current rates are on the pricing page.

For creators: get found by brands across Europe

For creators, a European platform above all means visibility with brands outside their own country. On creatordeal, you set up a free profile with your country, languages, niche and work samples, and you set your own prices. The creator area is available in more than 30 languages. Brands from other countries can find you and send you requests directly; on the listings board, you can also apply to listings. With a bio page, you share your packages in the bio of your channels. Settlement is by self-billing. Payouts are made in euros — depending on your country via Stripe, by bank transfer or via PayPal. You see which options are open to you when you set up your payout account.

Planning European campaigns: three tips

First: start with a few countries and learn before you expand. A campaign in two markets quickly shows which message carries over and which doesn’t. Second: choose creators by audience, not by where they live. Many European creators reach viewers in several countries, others only their own city. Third: keep each country’s rules in mind, for example on ad disclosure, and plan usage rights for every market where the material will run. If you keep these three points in mind, you can run a European campaign with manageable effort and expand it step by step.
